CSV Import / Export App

Learn how you can easily Import and Export your Transactions on Bkper.

The Bkper CSV export app is a context menu App that allows you to import and export transactions in CSV format. It is a great App to make back-ups of Transactions or to upload bank statements in CSV format.

You can install The CSV Export App via the Automations Portal.

Once installed, a new context menu item will appear in the more menu:

Export Transactions: When you click the Export CSV menu item, the current query in the search bar will be exported to a CSV file. For example if you have searched for after: 12/31/2024 in the search bar, all the transactions after this date will be downloaded in the CSV file.


​Import data in a CSV file: Drag and drop any file ending in *.csv into the grey input bar and it will be automatically imported, generating one transaction per line. You can also import CSV files by clicking on the attachment icon πŸ“Ž, selecting the file and posting just the file.

Note: If you are running the CSV export app for the first time, an authentication flow will be fired before the execution.
