It can happen that you need less Transactions than your current plan offers during a period, in that case you can downgrade your plan to a lower Tier.
Sign in to Bkper.
Click on your Avatar in the top right Corner of the Web App.
Select Billing.
The Billing Page opens
Press the blue "Update plan" button.
Select the Plan you want to downgrade to.
Press the blue "Continue" button.
Confirm the update and press the blue "Confirm" button.
Your Subscription Plan is now downgraded.
Cancel Bkper Subscription if you downgrade to the Bkper Free tier.
