Declines and Failed Payments
Payments can fail for a variety of reasons together with Stripe we do our best to avoid this and collect you normally. Still when a payment does not go through we try to indicate the reason to you and provide steps to solve the payment failure.
Unfortunately for privacy and security reasons, card issuers only discuss the specific reasons of declined payments with the cardholders (you) - they cannot discuss this with us. In these cases it is best for you to contact your card issuer and ask them for more information.
