Bkper search helps you to find anything in your books for effortless reporting and analysis. This article shows how to use the Search Assistant to help you build search queries and find the data you need.
Access the Search Assistant in the search bar.
Write the search term you are interested in.
Use Date Variables ($d, $m and $y) to use a dynamic data range in your reports.
Date Variable annotation: ($y|$m|$d)(-|+)(1-999).
Click the Date Picker to select absolute dates on the Search Assistant.
Choose one of the three date types used on transactions.
Transaction Date: The first date column on a transactions.
Post Date : The last date column on a transaction.
Update Date: The last date a transaction was updated.
Press Search, and the query will be added to the search bar and is executed.
