The transaction states lifecycle in Bkper safeguards your finances, ensuring full control over your financial data.
The transaction state can be Draft or Posted.
State Overview
Draft | Posted |
All transactions are initially drafts and may consist of text with an amount, url or image. | Only on posting, after accounts are found and the amount is transferred from one account to another. |
While draft, the transaction recorded may be either incomplete or complete. | Posted transactions may either be unchecked or checked. |
Deleted drafts can be recovered from the trash bin and still be posted. | Posted transactions can be deleted, to undo balance alterations. They are reverted and placed in the trash bin. Reverted (deleted) transactions can be restored from the trash bin. Posted transactions can NOT be returned to draft state. |

You can use the Transactions Filter tab to see your transactions separately: drafts, checked, unchecked.
Incomplete - Complete
When a transaction is recorded in the system, the text is interpreted by the Bookbot, that scans all data to find the accounts automagically. Depending on the completeness of the text on entry and by the Bookbot the initial draft is either recorded as complete or incomplete.
Over time Bkper learns about the texts entries and the more records are completed (either manually or automatically) the more likely Bkper records drafts as complete. If no value/number is provided bkper can never record drafts as complete.
